Dat de samenwerking tussen eletronicpionier Mark Pritchard en Thom Yorke een zeer gelukkige, tegelijkertijd avontuurlijke was, bleek al met het in 2016 uitgebrachte Beautiful People, de eerste samenwerkingstrack die op Pritchard's onvolprezen album Under the Sun stond. De hoop was toen al dat er ooit meer zou volgen. Waar Pritchard eerder al twee Radiohead remixen voor het album TKOL RMX 1234567 maakte, zelfs in Australië (Pritchard's tegenwoordige thuisland) even hun tourdrummer was (2012) en van daaruit Yorke uitnodigde voor gastvocalen op Under the Sun, maakte hij in 2019 een remix voor Not the News, een track van Yorke’s album Anima.
