Hebben die Noren dan misschien iets met de morgenstond ? Na het welbekende Madrugada is er nu ook een Aurora. Singer-songwriter AURORA, voluit Aurora Aksnes. Ze is evenwel met die voornaam geboren en tegelijk ook met die uitzonderlijke stem van haar. Met die laatste is haar ster pijlsnel gelanceerd aan het popfirmament. Was eerder in 2016 al TikTok-sensatie en streamingtopper met het Runaway dat ook Billie Eilish inspireerde. Recent kreeg haar engelenstem zelfs een mooi plaatsje op de soundtrack van Frozen 2. AURORA staat voor sprookjesachtige Scandinavische folkpop, bijna dromerig en wat absurdistisch, alles versmolten in akoestische en elektronische texturen en speelse frivoliteit.
