Het uit Londen afkomstige Still Corners maakt in 2011 naam met de van het debuutalbum Creatures Of An Hour afkomstige combinatie van zwoele Bristol achtige triphop gecombineerd met dreampop welke zich in de jaren tachtig uit zwaarmoedige postpunk ontwikkelt. De naamsbekendheid komt met de toegankelijke Fireflies single van hun tweede Strange Pleasures album. Na het minder goed opgepakte Dead Blue verschijnt afgelopen jaar de vierde Slow Air plaat. Het duo bestaande uit multi instrumentalist Greg Hughes en vocalist Tessa Murray gaan veilig op de ingeslagen weg verder. Om andere inspiratie op te doen besluit het tweetal naar Austin in Texas te verhuizen. Daar wordt geprobeerd om een andere ruimtelijke sfeer...
