Como is een klein plaatsje diep in Mississippi dat ongeveer 1.500 zielen telt, maar waar nogal wat muzikale lijnen naartoe lopen. Zoals die bijvoorbeeld van The Como Mamas, een trio dat bestaat uit de zusters Della Daniels en Ester Mae Wilbourne, die worden aangevuld met Angelia Taylor. The Como Mamas staat voor rauwe, ongepolijste gospel en hebben nu al twee albums lang onderdak gevonden bij het Daptone label uit New York. Was hun eerste album Get An Understanding volledig a capella en daardoor nu niet meteen geschikt voor een breed publiek, op Move Upstairs worden het trio bijgestaan door The Glorifiers Band. En achter deze backingband verschuilen zich de Daptone...
